Refund policy

RETURNS

We only offer returns for orders placed on our site. Returns for products purchased through our Amazon store can only be processed through Amazon.

Orders may be returned up to 14 days after your order is delivered. Returns must be in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations. Any item that shows signs of wear (stains, odor, missing tags, missing accessories, etc.)  will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories (gloves, removable straps, neck scarves, etc.)

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. If received, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Once we have received your return, we will start our inspection and start the refund process immediately. But due to different processing time by different banking systems, please expect up to 30 business days for the refund to be issued after we received the returned item. 

Please do NOT send your item to the address on your received package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. 

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team (help@cuteandspicy.com) with the following information:

• Your name and email address
• Order number
• Item name (including size and color) that you with to return
• Reason for return

We will provide you with the details for the return. Please note that Cute and Spicy does not cover the costs involved with return shipping (shipping costs, international customs, etc)

EXCHANGE

To exchange for a different size of the same product, click through the return process and simply select your new size from the drop-down. If you do not see the size you are looking for, it means it's currently not available! So please process it as a return instead. Please note we are not able to process an exchange on an exchange order.
