RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at help@cuteandspicy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund.
