SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2~3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We are not able to make any changes to orders once they are placed. Please make sure your shipping address and item(s) are correct before submitting your order.

The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery. All orders over $99 USD are eligible for free international shipping.

ORDER STATUS CHECK

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 2~3 business days for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@cuteandspicy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
